We are Stan-Soponaru Mihael and Stan-Soponaru Clara, ANEVAR Authorized Valuers and founders of Access Business SRL, an ANEVAR Corporate Member. We provide valuation services for individuals, companies, public institutions, and financial institutions, in full compliance with the Romanian Valuation Standards and the specific requirements of each assignment.
Mihael Stan-Soponaru has been an ANEVAR Authorized Valuer since 2019 and holds the specializations RE (Real Estate Valuation), MV (Movable Assets Valuation), and BV (Business Valuation, Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets). He is also a Court-Appointed Technical Expert, qualified to perform valuations for a wide range of assets and purposes.
Clara Stan-Soponaru has been an ANEVAR Authorized Valuer since 2021 and holds the RE and MV specializations. She performs real estate and movable asset valuations with the same commitment to accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with professional standards.
